"Se ubica en San Jose el Vidrio rumbo a la Biznags, abren fines de semana, el servicio es de bufet, está muy amplio el espacio, atienden muy bien y precio accesible, variedad en los alimentos, desde guisados, hasta cortes de carne de res especiales, mixiotes de borrego, sopes pambazos enchiladas etc."

"Fuimos a La Cruderia este 16 de febrero, habíamos escuchado del restaurante hasta que fuimos. Llegamos como a las 12:30 pm y había mucha gente y esperamos no más de 10 minutos cuando la chica nos llevó a mesa había música en vivo dos cantantes y después un payaso eso en ambiente en cuestión de comida siento que les quedo grande pues cuando fui por fruta no había hasta rato después colocaron un poco más, habían ofrecido Jabalí pero a esa hora no había ya nada, había guisados muchos con carne barbacoa con consome aun alcanzamos, solo tipos 2 ensaladas, dices que había carnitas pero no las mire y en los postres no tome hasta el último creyendo que habría cuando termine de comer y fui ya ko había nada y ya no colocaron más. Había tamales pero muy dulces el agua fue refil pero las bebidas con alcohol son costo aparte. El servicio por la cantidad de gente fueron revasado pues pedías algo como café y pasaba un buen rato y pues se les olvidó, pedías otra cosa y hasta después de rato volvías a pedir y te lo traían, pedimos agua de fresa y después de un buen rato mejor otra mesera nos dejó una de tamarindo. Como a la 1:45 pm la gente se comenzó a retirar los meseros recogiendo e iban a comer algo más y ya casi todo estaba vacío en algunos lados hasta ya retirado los recipientes. El lugar es grande como salón para eventos esta bien. Pago con efectivo y tarjeta, no pregunte si facturan Del 1 al 10 le daría un 7"

"Buen lugar, buena atención y los meseros siempre están atentos y hay una buena variedad de alimentos. Lo único que considero un poco inusual es su forma de administrar el estacionamiento pero fuera de eso todo está excelente"
